Both Discovery and Maxi plans include a 14-day free cancellation period so you can try the paid plan risk-free. If you cancel within 14 days, you won't be charged. If you cancel later, you lose priority receipt analysis, bundled credits, and the higher member limit at the end of your billing period.
Yes. Up to 3 members can share a household under the free plan, and you can unlock more with a subscription.
Paid plans add priority for receipt analysis, bundled analysis credits, cheaper credit packs (Maxi), and more household members. All core features (inventory with expiration alerts, spending analysis, multi-user reconciliation) are included in every plan, including free.
You can upload receipts in multiple ways:
Multi-user reconciliation lets you track who owes what to whom, both inside and outside your household. Link receipts and line items to specific accounts, see detailed analytics, and keep everyone aligned on shared expenses. It's included in every plan.

Analysis credits can be purchased in any plan (Base, Discovery, or Maxi). If you have an active subscription (Discovery or Maxi), you get month-specific credits and a 10% discount on additional credits you purchase.
Credit validity:
You can optionally contribute to improving Homecounts by sharing your receipt documents and the final approved versions. This helps us train and improve our receipt analysis accuracy. In return, you receive free analysis credits.
Reward amounts:
Contribution is completely optional and opt-in. You choose which receipts to share, and you can opt out at any time.
